All special orders must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of 25% at the time the order is placed. The money is non-refundable. Once you pay the balance due and pick up your merchandise all normal return/exchange policies along with the warranty are in effect.
If for any reason the item(s) have not been received into BBT after 21 days you may request the balance be transferred to an in-store credit or refund payable back to you in the same method it was paid to BBT.

All items purchased must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase. No exceptions. No customer will be billed until the item leaves our facility.

Any item (s) marked as clearance are NOT returnable or exchangeable. These goods are being sold well below our cost, in most instances, and we do not want them back. They are sold as is. All clearance items are clearly tagged as such and priced accordingly. Please choose wisely. All clearance hard goods are tested to insure proper function and safety.

BBT will hold any item with a Retail Value of less than $500.00 for 3 days, at no charge. Any item with a value in excess of $500.00 will be held for 24 hours. After which it will be taken off hold and put back into inventory.

All layaway items require a 25% deposit - this includes tax. The balance must be paid in full within 30 days. If within 3 days you would like to remove the item from layaway you will receive your full deposit back (please allow up to 10 days for processing). After 3 days you will forfeit 15% of the deposit should you need a refund. After 30 days the money will be automatically refunded less a 25% penalty and the merchandise will be returned to inventory.

All in-store credits will be issued with a BBT Gift Card. The gift card may be used to purchase anything we sell. The card has no cash value and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. For your protection, we may ask for identification. We do however, reserve the right to decline a refund or credit.

May be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase accompanied by a valid receipt for exchange or in-store credit. Merchandise must not have been used, and must include all original packaging in “Like New” condition.

May be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase in new and unworn, unwashed condition accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for exchange or in store credit. If preferred, a mail check refund is available for cash or check purchases. Please allow 14 days for processing. If purchased by credit card, simply bring in your credit card, and we’ll have the accounting department credit your card. ** Returned clothing obtained with a previously issued in-store credit or previously exchanged hard goods can be presented for exchange only!

To help ensure satisfaction of your purchase, we suggest that you wear these shoe on your carpet at home before wearing them outdoors. Shoes that show any visible signs of wear cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an obvious manufacturer's defect. The shoes may need to be returned to the individual manufacturer to determine any warranty claims. Discomfort is not considered a manufacturer's defect. Normal wear and tear on a skateboard shoe is considerable different than normal wear and tear on a regular shoe. Skateboarding is inherently hard on shoes; scuffs, scrapes, and loose stitching are to be expected. Your shoes may be returned for in-store credit or money back within 21 days from the purchase date. You must have your original receipt, original "Like New" packaging, and the shoes can have NO VISIBLE SIGN OF WEAR. No exchanges or returns will be accepted without a receipt.

Sunglasses and hard goods, which include snowboards, skateboards, paint-markers and their various accessories are warranted by their individual manufacturers. Bad Boyz Toyz is under no obligation, expressed or implied, to fulfill the obligation of an individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. We do, however, as a corporate policy make every effort within our means to insure you trouble free enjoyment of the equipment you purchase from Bad Boyz Toyz. It is your responsibility as a consumer to inspect the merchandise you have purchased prior to leaving the store. Scratches, nicks, dings, stains, loose stitching or improper fit and finish problems cannot be addressed AFTER the item(s) leave our building.

All reduced Hard Goods and Clothing are handled per their normal individual policies. The item will be exchanged or credited based on the lower sale amount charged. You must have your receipt.
